Certified Five Star Rated
Each year as a company we must meet our Five Star objectives set out by Chrysler in order to maintain our Five Star rated status. Being a Five Star Dealer is extremely important to you our guests and to us. Papa's associates of the Sales, Service, and Parts Departments work to complete their Five Star training requirements for each year. Each department and each associate has a responsibility to our customers to complete these required training tasks before the end of the year. Department Managers are held accountable for achieving their department's certification therefore making the entire dealership Five Star certified. It takesthe efforts of every employee to maintain our important Five Star rating. That is why not every Chrysler, Dodge and Jeep dealer is a Five Star dealer and why they can't offer those benifits to thier customers. We have been Five star rated since Chrysler started the program.

Pit Stop Diner and Papa's Host Reunion
Papa's Pit Stop Diner is proud to put into the history books another great High School Class Reunion event. The Class of 1964 from Canton High School came home to roost at Papa's on Saturday evening September, 19th for one of our classic "4-Hour Scenic Drives". The graduating class size was rather small back in 1964 and about 27 actual class members made the night, with even a few members traveling all the way from Costa Rica and New Mexico. Chef Rich from the Pit Stop Diner delivered a delicious and tempting array of appetizers, breads, ziti with meatballs and sausage and oven roasted chicken. There was a hidden Chrysler Building Treasure Hunt conducted for all of the guests of the class and significant others, (who usually have no one to talk to and nothing to do so they appreciated the opportunity to walk around looking lost but with a purpose). Coffee and cake topped it off and by 11:00pm the night had come to an end complete with Papa's search lights glowing overhead. The group really had a good time with one guest bringing in his 1962 Corvette and displaying it in the showroom. Several guests remarked how different Papa's was and that they would certainly consider coming back in the future to purchase a vehicle and would recommend Papa's both as a source for a vehicle and as a destination for an event like a High School Reunion. All in all, the evening went off without a hitch. Thanks to Liz Papa who was our greeter for the evening at the Train Station Reception Desk and Ken Papa for keeping the party going with music, games and for providing the P.A. system. It was a great event for the Class of 1964, the Pit Stop Diner and for Papa's. The Pit Stop would also like to remind all of our friends that we book more of these types of events and parties. Reunions, holiday parties, birthdays, wedding or baby showers, even company events, we can do them all. We have other events scheduled so keep looking here for more and please, pass the word around.
