I spotted a newer one and after a few days Gary Cwikla called and asked
if I was interested .( I went to school with Gary) . I went down to see
Gary and we talked alot about many things and not only about cars.
Buying a car is a huge commitment and very stressful process. No
pressure at all. We made a deal and I was confident I was getting a good
price I noticed a price differential on some paperwork. They had a
contract that they could have enforced-I was ready for a battle but
after Gary spoke with the Powers that be ,(I bought many autos from
them), PAPA'S did the RIGHT THING and honored the LOWER price.-NO HASSLE
. It was great to see INTEGRITY,HONESTY ,and a willingness to satisfy a
customer in a dealership this size. Thanks Gary and Sales staff for a

? - Nov 12, 2011 We had been looking for a 2012 Jeep Wrangler Sahara
Unlimited with very specific options and we are a tough customer when
it comes to price. We researched many, many dealerships and were willing
to travel cross-country if necessary to get the exact vehicle we wanted
in the price we needed to be in, and while we didn't have to travel
that far, Papa's was worth the 2 and 1/2 hour drive from home for us.
They had the exact Sahara Unlimited we wanted with our specific options
in stock and the price was very good,Dan Arsenault started with us by
email and he realized immediately that we were from a distance away and
we were not going to be coming back and forth to search for a vehicle
and negotiate prices. Dan gave us his best possible price and it was
certainly within the best prices we had seen on this particular vehicle,
we had one dealer who offered us a better price by $67 but after they
offered us that price they were unable to produce a vehicle to match
which was frustrating to say the least. Dan was very responsive through
email, his answers to our questions were thorough and insightful and he
certainly knows his product. Making the decision to go with this dealer
was a big choice for us when we had many, many dealers closer to us
calling and wanting business and we honestly prefer to give local
business but in this case we tried and it just didn't make good
financial sense...and certainly none of the dealers we worked with were
as knowledgable as Dan on the product they were selling...Dan definitely
went through the vehicle with us to make sure we knew how to operate
the high tech toys we had in it and even made sure our bluetooth, voice
commands and personal information was set in our media center for the
ride home... Our experience at the dealership finance office (prepared
for the usual nightmare of doing the paperwork) was just as good. They
had acutally had beat our best finance offer that we had in place (which
was very good actually) and got us a fantastic finance
rate/term!!...typically you go into a dealership at the time of purchase
and find all those things that the dealer doesn't tell you about....BUT
NOT HERE!!! I haven't even mentioned how fun the actual dealership
is...they have done a great job of design in this building and even our
daughter and son ended enjoying being with us.... we would definitely
travel down there again to purchase... Thanks Dan, it was a fun drive
home and Thanks Jeff, we feel very good about the experience we had with
finance.

to another dealership first and received nothing but insults and
discourteous customer service and were very turned off from the
experience. But Dan at Papa's Dodge changed that for us - he braved
Winter Storm Alfred for us to view the car, and then the next day to
make the purchase. He was courteous, knowledgeable about the vehicle and
its components, and all around helpful. The financier Jeff was courteous
as well, and answered all our questions and concerns. The whole
experience was pleasant and we left their feeling as if we had become
part of a Dodge family. Thanks to Dan and Jeff we have our first family
car. Thanks guys!! Later, when we returned for the Simonizing, we were
very pleased with the service received from Dave and the staff in the
Service Department. We couldn't say enough about how grateful we are to
everyone who has helped along this new "journey" :)

the only salesman at any of the dealerships to give me a call when the
vehicle came in. I went do to Papa's to go for a test drive and Jeromy
was very courteous and I felt no pressure. After test driving I
explained my unique situation to Jeromy (I was looking to do a factory
order with no trade and use my affiliate program discount) and all he
asked for was his fair chance to quote the configuration I was looking
for and provide me the best price that he could. About a week later I
sent in two configurations to quote and he got back to me right away

team I met won me over. Not only were they knowledgeable about their
cars, they made you feel like part of the family, they were never pushy
like at the other dealership and I ultimately made my car decision based
on the service I received from Richie, Jeff and Ron. I would recommend
them to everyone!

around to writing this review. Carl my salesman was extremely friendly,
knowledgeable and helpful as were both the finance managers I dealt with. The

Just purchased a 2010 Kia
Forte at an amazing
price with low miles from Papa's and could not of been more pleased with
my experience! John Ward was the best sales person not only I have ever had the
pleasure of working with but my father felt the same way, we were so impressed
with how easy he made the process. John answered all our questions honestly and
never made me feel pressured. Ed from finance also was outstanding and extremely
professional! Will be recommending Papa's for years to come!

We purchased a 2009 VW Routan
that I spotted online. Jeromy
was aware that we were travelling 70 miles each way to visit the dealership, and
had everything ready for our arrival that evening for our 1st visit. He
conducted a very thorough presentation (never blinked at the antics of twin 10yr
old boys!) and coordinated discussion with sales manager. Sales team made a very
strong offer for trade. Professionalism and preparation won the day. As a
postscript, Ed from finance took terrific care of us. Dealership was pleasant
and interesting, with the extensive car collection and diner. One of our best
car-buying experiences ever - we will recommend.

husband and I bought a 2010 Dodge Challenger from John Evans, who was by far, the
most professional, honest car salesman I have ever worked with. My husband sells
cars was unbelievably impressed with both John and the Sales Manager. We got a
great deal on a hard to find Rallye Challenger. We've referred several people to
Papa's and they've always walked away happy. My husband was so impressed
with the cars that he now works for a Jeep & Dodge dealership in
Charleston, SC, where we recently moved to. Chrysler has come a long way, and
Papa's is a true representation of a fantastic American car
dealership.

Matt met me and arranged for Garry to let me road test two vehicles. I felt very comfortable and did not feel that I was under any pressure. In fact, I got the notion that they were really interested in me personally and the car purchase was secondary. After long discussions on my options for financing we settled on an arrangement that had the minimum impact on my income, which really satisfied me since I'm retired. Needless to say the vehicle I finally purchased was not the first or second but a third that I road tested. I am very happy with the price I paid and do not wish that I could have bought it for less money. I think the process was a win win situation for the dealer and me the buyer. Angel, Matt, and Garry also made the final phase of my purchase which involved the selection of three items. Again no pressure, They just gave me the information an allowed me to make the decisions. When I picked up the car it was perfectly prepared and I could not find any problems. This was very important to me. Overall This was a very enjoyable experience

I especially want to thank Dennis Murphy as well as the courtsey driver (sorry he never gave me his name) I am from Buffalo NY I was working in ct. for a few days when the wipers quit working on my Nitro the vehicle was towed to Papa's dodge that evening and the next day I arrived to check the vehicle in and explain the problem,Dennis already had the recall notice and promised to get started right away after I told him that I would be staying at a local hotel until repairs could be completed. To my surprise the very next day he called me to say the vehicle was ready. I was working and had no way to get to the dealers,Dennis sent his courtsey van to the hotel for me,because of traffic I was over 30 mins late arriving,I called the driver and told him not to wait but to go on home...The driver would have none of that he WAITED! He did not have to but he did,meanwhile after calling Dennis he arranged to have my keys delivered to reception desk Papa's driver got me there a little after closing and with a friendly wave was gone,Dennis was still at his desk. It has been a long long time since I have enjoyed such service I only wish Papa's was in my area,he would have a loyal customer...Thanks!

Dave anticipated our wants and needs after having a friendly discussion with us. On our second visit he had the test car ready at the front door. The test car was not exactly what we wanted, so they found just what we wanted in the area. On our pick-up of our new car it was also at the front door waiting. He explained to us all the workings of the dashboard and all our other questions.
I like the fact that he was not pushy and truly wanted us to get the car we wanted. I would strongly recommend him to anyone who was in the market for a new or used car.

There was no last minuet effort to get me to purchase things I did not want. Jeromy spent time to go through the vehicles features and point out specific important things that made setting up the vehicle much easier. Even though this dealership was about an hour drive for me the quality experience they provided was way ahead of my local dealership and I will not hesitate in the future to come back to Papa's when I am in the market for another Jeep.

I called them last week to lease a new 2012 Jeep Liberty Sport. After having spoken to literally dozens of dealers, it was the best experience by far. Not only were their prices more competitive than any of the other dealers, they stood by everything they stated (I cannot say the same for many of those I spoke with). I dealt with John Ward who was terrific, extremely knowledgeable and walked me through the entire process. Literally less than 24 hours after speaking with him over the phone, we drove off with the exact car that we had asked for with the exact pricing that was stated. We dealt with Jeff Juaire on the finance side, signed all the papers, he again, walked us through the process, had everything ready for us, no issues. Our car was waiting for us outside ready to go when we arrived. It was a painless and extremely happy experience. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or lease a vehicle and can't wait to shop there for my next car.

When I was looking into purchasing a new 2012 Wrangler Unlimited I called around to many dealerships to see when they would have them available for test drive. Jeromy was the only sales person out of the 5 dealerships I called who actually provided information on the new Wranglers with a real date. Once Papa's received one of their first 2012's Jeromy gave me a call to schedule an appointment and again was the only salesman at any of the dealerships to give me a call when the vehicle came in. I went do to Papa's to go for a test drive and Jeromy was very courteous and I felt no pressure. After test driving I explained my unique situation to Jeromy (I was looking to do a factory order with no trade and use my affiliate program discount) and all he asked for was his fair chance to quote the configuration I was looking for and provide me the best price that he could. About a week later I sent in two configurations to quote and he got back to me right away with the pricing information. The pricing he offered was excellent and I decided to make an appointment to order right then. The ordering process was again a hassle free no pressure environment. During the ordering process I was presented with other options that were available, but with no pressure or tactics to try to get me to buy them. Once the vehicle was ordered, Jeromy provided regular updates about vehicle status, build, and transport. I was never left wondering what the status of my Jeep was because I knew as soon as there was a change I would get an e-mail. The day I went to go sign my paper work was again a no hassle experience. There was no last minuet effort to get me to purchase things I did not want. Jeromy spent time to go through the vehicles features and point out specific important things that made setting up the vehicle much easier. Even though this dealership was about an hour drive for me the quality experience they provided was way ahead of my local dealership and I will not hesitate in the future to come back to Papa's when I am in the market for another Jeep.

My Review of Papa's Dodge Chrysler Jeep:
I called them last week to lease a new 2012 Jeep Liberty Sport. After having spoken to literally dozens of dealers, it was the best experience by far. Not only were their prices more competitive than any of the other dealers, they stood by everything they stated (I cannot say the same for many of those I spoke with). I dealt with John Ward who was terrific, extremely knowledgeable and walked me through the entire process. Literally less than 24 hours after speaking with him over the phone, we drove off with the exact car that we had asked for with the exact pricing that was stated. We dealt with Jeff Juaire on the finance side, signed all the papers, he again, walked us through the process, had everything ready for us, no issues. Our car was waiting for us outside ready to go when we arrived. It was a painless and extremely happy experience. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or lease a vehicle and can't wait to shop there for my next car.

I was in between two different local Jeep dealerships and was looking at essentially the same used car at both dealerships when Richie and the entire Papa's team I met won me over. Not only were they knowledgeable about their cars, they made you feel like part of the family, they were never pushy like at the other dealership and I ultimately made my car decision based on the service I received from Richie, Jeff and Ron. I would recommend them to everyone!

We found Jeromy to be the most responsive sales person out of the 3 other dealerships that we contacted. Prior to even visiting the dealership we had negotiated a better price on a specific vehicle. This was important to us because time is a commodity for us and the dealership is about 45 minutes away. Once we arrived for our test drive, Jeromy allowed us to take the top down on the Jeep so that we could see the changes in the design. Overall we had an excellent experience. I would highly recommend Jeromy and this dealership to friends/family.

I can not say enough about how HAPPY I am with the experience I had with Papa Dodge in New Britain CT. I worked with Jeremy in sales. I called him first after seeing a car I was interested in on their web page. He was so nice to speak to, very knowledgeable about the car. He was extremely polite and so I scheduled an appt with him that night to see the car. He greeted me right away when I arrived.Jeremy explained everything about the car to me and then we took it out for the test drive. He didn't just have me take it around the block, we took it on the highway because he remembered me mentioning that I do a lot of highway driving, thus I would see how well the car handled on the highway. Jeremy worked with my budget as a single mother and we were able to come to a perfect agreeable price for the car. Jeremy's professional and upbeat attitude were so refreshing. I worked with Jeff in the finance depart. I had already been pre-approved with a loan company, but still Jeff went out of his way to see if he could get me a better interest rate. He didn't have to do this, but he went above and beyond what he had to and did this extra for me. I have been looking for a car for months. I have walked in some dealerships that treated me like I was bothering them. I actually had one roll his eyes at me. My experience at Papa Dodge was the opposite to the extreme. I probably bought one of the more inexpensive vehicles on their lot... yet I was treated as though I paid 100,00 for it. The next day I came in for detailing and was treated to breakfast. wow! I would, and have already, recommend Papa Dodge to anyone who is in the process of looking for a car. They are an exceptional dealership and I WILL go back there again! Thank you to Jeremy and Jeff for the most wonderful purchasing experience ever. God Bless!

I met Bill and he was very accommodating we looked at both new and used vehicles and took out several for test drives.I decided to wait until the lease was up before purching another vehicle. I came back in November and met will Bill again and we looked at the vehicle I wanted a Dodge Ram 1500, had all the options etc., I wanted and priced right. The complete process was painless from negotiating price and financing and doing all of the paper work etc. It was a pleasure doing business with Papa's Dodge. They are very upfront and above board with everything they do. No gimmicks or pressure to make a sale, I found that very refreshing. I'd done extensive research on the vehicle before coming to Papas. The sales person was very knowledgeable regarding this new model and was able to tell me about all of the technical features. I ordered the vehicle custom and it came in well in advance of what I was promised. The sales person and the managers went out of their way to make sure that I was satisfied. I was extremely impressed with their honesty and thoroughness. I was able to talk a friend of mine into purchasing the same vehicle (different color) at the same time. I love the vehicle and I'm very satisfied overall with the experience.

It was also highly commended that you have an appointment.As we have 4 children appointments don't always work for us. We drove out to New Britain, after walking the lot and finding great deal on a pre-owned mini van, Bill came out and greeted us with a friendly smile. Answering all of our question about the van, we took a drive. He took us through all of the buying options. Bills straight foward no game apporch made my boyfriend and I choice so easy. After thinking about it and visiting one other dealer, we came back to Papa Dodge and where we met Angel. He made the loan and paperwork process stress free and fast. Both guys knowledge and professionalism about the process and vehicle made us feel we were making the right choice. My wife and I had been searching for our next vehicle (2005 Dodge Magnum RT) for some time, and knew exactly what we wanted before contacting Papa's. We had never heard of them before, being from MA, and weren't really sure we wanted to take the trip to an out of State dealer. After getting the run around from several dealers we decided to take the leap and contact them after seeing the exact car we were looking for advertised on their website (an '05 with only 9k miles!!). Half expecting to hear that it was sold, we made the call. My wife spoke with Noel, who let us know he would be waiting for us to arrive. When we got there, I was pleasantly surprised. If you're a car enthusiast, you will REALLY enjoy the atmosphere here. Several classic and modern day muscle cars to oogle over, but I digress. Noel took us on two separate test drives, and allowed us plenty of time to discuss our potential purchase in private, with zero pressure. He offered us a fair amount for our trade in, and after all was said and done, we were satisfied with the trade allowance AND the final purchase price of the vehicle. Next we were introduced to Angel in finance. Happy with the price of the vehicle, my wife and I were now both ready for the BS to begin, as "IT" seemed to not have started as of yet. Not the case. Although we were prepared to arrange financing at a low rate through out credit union, Angel found us an even lower rate with the same terms. He went over warranty options in a very honest, straightforward manner and was very patient with us. At the conclusion of the sale, he handed us all of our paperwork which was very well organized, neatly written, and easily understandable. We left the dealership that day in our new (to us) RT!!
I would send friends, family, and any performance car enthusiast to Papas to purchase a new or used vehicle without a second thought. The entire process was very enjoyable and I WILL return there to purchase my next vehicle. They have my business, even though I am 2 hours away and out of State. I have never been able to say that about another dealer.

I would send friends, family, and any performance car enthusiast to Papas to purchase a new or used vehicle without a second thought. The entire process was very enjoyable and I WILL return there to purchase my next vehicle. They have my business, even though I am 2 hours away and out of State. I have never been able to say that about another dealer.

The merging of a modern facility with consent reminders of their past bring out memories of ones youth when American big blocks ruled the road ways. The large airy showroom proudly displayed each model with enough room to compare and comfortably evaluate your purchase.
My sales person, William Reudgen could not have been friendlier and more knowledgeable. I entered the dealership having already researched Papa?s stock of Challengers; I was quickly taken to several that I showed interested in. Bill NEVER once tried to pursued me into a purchase, model or price range that I was not interested in.
Mark Greenblatt worked fairly and quickly with my trade and allowed me to drive the car several miles to show my wife. Papa?s treated me and my purchase with respect and fairness and I would recommend Papa?s to anyone interested in a Chrysler product.

When I arrived at PaPa's Chrysler Dodge Jeep Dealership I had a rough idea of the vehicle I wanted. Matt met me and arranged for Garry to let me road test two vehicles. I felt very comfortable and did not feel that I was under any pressure. In fact, I got the notion that they were really interested in me personally and the car purchase was secondary. After long discussions on my options for financing we settled on an arrangement that had the minimum impact on my income, which really satisfied me since I'am retired. Needless to say the vehicle I finally purchased was not the first or second but a third that I road tested. I am very happy with the price I paid and do not wish that I could have bought it for less money. I think the process was a win win situation for the dealer and me the buyer. Angel, Matt, and Garry also made the final phase of my purchase which involved the selection of three items. Again no pressure, They just gave me the information an allowed me to make the decisions. I had a car that was going off lease with another dealership in December. I went to Papa's Dodge in August to look at my options for a new vehicle. I met Bill and he was very accommodating we looked at both new and used vehicles and took out several for test drives.I decided to wait until the lease was up before purching another vehicle. I came back in November and met will Bill again and we looked at the vehicle I wanted a Dodge Ram 1500, had all the options etc., I wanted and priced right. The complete process was painless from negotiating price and financing and doing all of the paper work etc. It was a pleasure doing business with Papa's Dodge. They are very upfront and above board with everything they do. No gimmicks or pressure to make a sale, I found that very refreshing. I would recommend anyone lookig to purchase or lease a vehicle to stop and visit Papa's Dodge.

I'd done extensive research on the vehicle before coming to Papas. The sales person was very knowledgeable regarding this new model and was able to tell me about all of the technical features. I ordered the vehicle custom and it came in well in advance of what I was promised. The sales person and the managers went out of their way to make sure that I was satisfied. I was extremely impressed with their honesty and thoroughness. I was able to talk a friend of mine into purchasing the same vehicle (different color) at the same time. I love the vehicle and I'm very satisfied overall with the experience.

After going to Genegras in East Hartford, CT and was told that while they opened at 9 am all of there sales staff would be in a meeting until 10ish. It was also highly commended that you have an appointment.As we have 4 children appointments don't always work for us. We drove out to New Britain, after walking the lot and finding great deal on a pre-owned mini van, Bill came out and greeted us with a friendly smile. Answering all of our question about the van, we took a drive. He took us through all of the buying options. Bills straight foward no game apporch made my boyfriend and I choice so easy. After thinking about it and visiting one other dealer, we came back to Papa Dodge and where we met Angel. He made the loan and paperwork process stress free and fast. Both guys knowledge and professionalism about the process and vehicle made us feel we were making the right choice. I would tell all my family and friends to go see Bill and Angel at Papa Doage in New Britain! The best team and car dealer in CT!!! We will never shop anywhere eles again.

My wife and I had been searching for our next vehicle (2005 Dodge Magnum RT) for some time, and knew exactly what we wanted before contacting Papa's. We had never heard of them before, being from MA, and weren't really sure we wanted to take the trip to an out of State dealer. After getting the run around from several dealers we decided to take the leap and contact them after seeing the exact car we were looking for advertised on their website (an '05 with only 9k miles!!). Half expecting to hear that it was sold, we made the call. My wife spoke with Noel, who let us know he would be waiting for us to arrive. When we got there, I was pleasantly surprised. If you're a car enthusiast, you will REALLY enjoy the atmosphere here. Several classic and modern day muscle cars to oogle over, but I digress. Noel took us on two separate test drives, and allowed us plenty of time to discuss our potential purchase in private, with zero pressure. He offered us a fair amount for our trade in, and after all was said and done, we were satisfied with the trade allowance AND the final purchase price of the vehicle. Next we were introduced to Angel in finance. Happy with the price of the vehicle, my wife and I were now both ready for the BS to begin, as "IT" seemed to not have started as of yet. Not the case. Although we were prepared to arrange financing at a low rate through out credit union, Angel found us an even lower rate with the same terms. He went over warranty options in a very honest, straightforward manner and was very patient with us. At the conclusion of the sale, he handed us all of our paperwork which was very well organized, neatly written, and easily understandable. We left the dealership that day in our new (to us) RT!!

The merging of a modern facility with consent reminders of their past bring out memories of ones youth when American big blocks ruled the road ways. The large airy showroom proudly displayed each model with enough room to compare and comfortably evaluate your purchase.
My sales person, William Reudgen could not have been friendlier and more knowledgeable. I entered the dealership having already researched Papa?s stock of Challengers; I was quickly taken to several that I showed interested in. When I arrived at PaPa's Chrysler Dodge Jeep Dealership I had a rough idea of the vehicle I wanted. Matt met me and arranged for Garry to let me road test two vehicles. I felt very comfortable and did not feel that I was under any pressure. In fact, I got the notion that they were really interested in me personally and the car purchase was secondary. After long discussions on my options for financing we settled on an arrangement that had the minimum impact on my income, which really satisfied me since I'am retired. Needless to say the vehicle I finally purchased was not the first or second but a third that I road tested. I am very happy with the price I paid and do not wish that I could have bought it for less money. I think the process was a win win situation for the dealer and me the buyer. Angel, Matt, and Garry also made the final phase of my purchase which involved the selection of three items. Again no pressure, They just gave me the information an allowed me to make the decisions. By far, it was the best experience I have had at a car dealership. Noel was extremely friendly and helpful. He laid out the facts about the car, good and bad. He was straight forward with the price and didn't play games. Not only did he take my mother and I out on two separate test drives, he also gave me a crash course lesson on driving a standard in the parking lot and offered his help in the future. I really enjoyed the experience and I would recommend Papa's and Noel for anyone looking to purchase a car.

I had a car that was going off lease with another dealership in December. I went to Papa's Dodge in August to look at my options for a new vehicle. I met Bill and he was very accommodating we looked at both new and used vehicles and took out several for test drives.I decided to wait until the lease was up before purching another vehicle. I came back in November and met will Bill again and we looked at the vehicle I wanted a Dodge Ram 1500, had all the options etc., I wanted and priced right. The complete process was painless from negotiating price and financing and doing all of the paper work etc. It was a pleasure doing business with Papa's Dodge. They are very upfront and above board with everything they do. No gimmicks or pressure to make a sale, I found that very refreshing. I would recommend anyone lookig to purchase or lease a vehicle to stop and visit Papa's Dodge.

The complete process was painless from negotiating price and financing and doing all of the paper work etc. It was a pleasure doing business with Papa's Dodge. They are very upfront and above board with everything they do. No gimmicks or pressure to make a sale, I found that very refreshing. I would recommend anyone lookig to purchase or lease a vehicle to stop and visit Papa's Dodge.

I just purchased a fully loaded 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland from Papa's. I own four other vehicles including a corvette. I was totally satisfied with my buying experience. I'd done extensive research on the vehicle before coming to Papas. The sales person was very knowledgeable regarding this new model and was able to tell me about all of the technical features. I ordered the vehicle custom and it came in well in advance of what I was promised. The sales person and the managers went out of their way to make sure that I was satisfied. I was extremely impressed with their honesty and thoroughness. I was able to talk a friend of mine into purchasing the same vehicle (different color) at the same time. I love the vehicle and I'm very satisfied overall with the experience.

After going to Genegras in East Hartford, CT and was told that while they opened at 9 am all of there sales staff would be in a meeting until 10ish. My wife and I had been searching for our next vehicle (2005 Dodge Magnum RT) for some time, and knew exactly what we wanted before contacting Papa's. We had never heard of them before, being from MA, and weren't really sure we wanted to take the trip to an out of State dealer. After getting the run around from several dealers we decided to take the leap and contact them after seeing the exact car we were looking for advertised on their website (an '05 with only 9k miles!!). Half expecting to hear that it was sold, we made the call. My wife spoke with Noel, who let us know he would be waiting for us to arrive. When we got there, I was pleasantly surprised. If you're a car enthusiast, you will REALLY enjoy the atmosphere here. Several classic and modern day muscle cars to oogle over, but I digress. Noel took us on two separate test drives, and allowed us plenty of time to discuss our potential purchase in private, with zero pressure. He offered us a fair amount for our trade in, and after all was said and done, we were satisfied with the trade allowance AND the final purchase price of the vehicle. Next we were introduced to Angel in finance. Happy with the price of the vehicle, my wife and I were now both ready for the BS to begin, as "IT" seemed to not have started as of yet. Not the case. Although we were prepared to arrange financing at a low rate through out credit union, Angel found us an even lower rate with the same terms. He went over warranty options in a very honest, straightforward manner and was very patient with us. At the conclusion of the sale, he handed us all of our paperwork which was very well organized, neatly written, and easily understandable. We left the dealership that day in our new (to us) RT!!
I would send friends, family, and any performance car enthusiast to Papas to purchase a new or used vehicle without a second thought. The first thing that anyone notices when arriving at Papa?s Dodge is the décor and size of the show room. The merging of a modern facility with consent reminders of their past bring out memories of ones youth when American big blocks ruled the road ways. The large airy showroom proudly displayed each model with enough room to compare and comfortably evaluate your purchase.
My sales person, William Reudgen could not have been friendlier and more knowledgeable. I entered the dealership having already researched Papa?s stock of Challengers; I was quickly taken to several that I showed interested in. Bill NEVER once tried to pursued me into a purchase, model or price range that I was not interested in.
Mark Greenblatt worked fairly and quickly with my trade and allowed me to drive the car several miles to show my wife. Papa?s treated me and my purchase with respect and fairness and I would recommend Papa?s to anyone interested in a Chrysler product.

When I arrived at PaPa's Chrysler Dodge Jeep Dealership I had a rough idea of the vehicle I wanted. Matt met me and arranged for Garry to let me road test two vehicles. I felt very comfortable and did not feel that I was under any pressure. In fact, I got the notion that they were really interested in me personally and the car purchase was secondary. After long discussions on my options for financing we settled on an arrangement that had the minimum impact on my income, which really satisfied me since I'am retired. Needless to say the vehicle I finally purchased was not the first or second but a third that I road tested. I am very happy with the price I paid and do not wish that I could have bought it for less money. I think the process was a win win situation for the dealer and me the buyer. Angel, Matt, and Garry also made the final phase of my purchase which involved the selection of three items. Again no pressure, They just gave me the information an allowed me to make the decisions. When I picked up the car it was perfectly prepared and I could not find any problems. This was very important to me. Overall This was a very enjoyabe experience.

By far, it was the best experience I have had at a car dealership. Noel was extremely friendly and helpful. He laid out the facts about the car, good and bad. He was straight forward with the price and didn't play games. Not only did he take my mother and I out on two separate test drives, he also gave me a crash course lesson on driving a standard in the parking lot and offered his help in the future.
