    Dom Papa has literally been in the car business his whole life. When most Car Dealers are on their boats or the golf course Dom is here at Papa's Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram or at our sister store, Papa's Autohouse Used Car Wholesale outlet. As a matter of fact Dom buys almost all of our pre-owned inventory; then puts HIS NAME on the back of them. How many people can say the owner of the Dealership personally picked out their car? What more could you ask of him? Of course if you wanted him to clean your car he'll hop right into the Prep Dept., he's done it before!!!! When it comes to earning your business Dom's motto is "Whatever it takes."

    Ken knows cars. From growing up in a car dealership to racing them and to collecting them. Ken actually writes a column for the local paper about car care. When necessary he can be found cooking in the Pit Stop Diner. Always here and always taking care of the customer, that what a car guy does.

    Lisa had a career with a major Insurance company where she held positions in management, public relations and training. She was a Master Trainer for several major training initiatives including Creating Customer Focused Quality, Teams and Teamwork, Quality Improvement Process and also participated in several Disney Institute programs. Lisa rejoined the family business in 2004 with a wealth of knowledge to share. With the goal of creating an automotive dealership centered on customer service, Lisa has been working on increasing communications both with the associate group and guests, creating events and promotions to foster relationships with Papa's guests and instituting programs to give back to the community. As a female working in a male dominated business, Lisa understands the need to market differently to a female audience. The dealership has been designed as female friendly with two children?s play rooms, a Diner and a retail store.

    Sean started out working here at Papa's as a service writer and has risen through the ranks to become our General Manager. Sean is familiar with all aspects of the business and can always be found in the thick of things. he is not the type of manager who hides in his office. He's the type who is out on the floor or in parts and service making sure the customers needs are met.

    Matt has been in the business for many years. He was at Holly Dodge in Middletown and when they closed we were lucky enough to add him to our family here at Papa's. Matt started with us here at Papa's Dodge Chrysler Jeep in the Finance Dept. and through hard work and skill has moved up to our management team.
