Don't Be Scared!!!!

Today you the customers have access to an abundance of knowledge. Even, right here on this website.

You can get on your computer or smart phone and see everything about a vehicle.

You can get up to 10 or more values of your own trade.

You can see what the lowest interest rates are.

You can do side by side comparisons with vehicles you are looking at.

You can check for the vehicles safety and reliability. We have a free CarFax link on all our vehicles.

You can check how much insurance costs will be.

You can pretty much check on ANYTHING and EVERYTHING about the transaction!

Customers CAN, and in most cases DO, come armed with a LOT of knowledge before you enter the showroom floor.

BUT???You are still scared!

What are you scared of?

You are scared that You will still pay too much for the vehicle, not get enough for your trade, pay too high a payment, pay too high of an interest rate and most of all?you are scared that you bought the wrong vehicle! How couldn't you be with so many conflicting opinions?

You see, even armed with this abundance of advice, there will always be some doubt that you are making the correct decision.

THIS is why over 100,000 car buyers have come to Papa's Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. It's our professional Sales Consultants, they make a difference!

"They make the difference in the sales transaction!! Most of our consultants have been with Papa's for 10 years and one has been here for 30!!!

You want to deal with someone that is knowledgeable, professional, and courteous?? and most of all??LIKE-ABLE!!!

So what do we do to make us more "like-able" then the other guys??
The formula is rather simple.

Ready???

We ask questions??.

That's it??we ask questions?and a lot of them!

It's called LISTENING to the customer!!!!

Some time people think we are asking too many questions and then that fearfulness kicks up again. When we ask questions, we get a better perspective of what your wants and needs are.

We get a better perspective of how you are going to use your vehicle.

We get a better perspective of what you "have to have' and what you would "like to have".

We get a better perspective of the information that is important to you.

This is where; a Papa's Professional Sales Consultant makes the difference!

We have to have extensive product knowledge of not just our own product, but the competitions product as well.

We know all of the 3rd party websites that are giving you information! Websites such as, Edmunds, Truecar, NADA, KBB, NHTSA, IIHS, Consumer Reports, TheCarConnection, CarData, CarInfo, DealerNet?..the list goes on and on?..

So when we ask a lot of questions it is not to be nosey: it is to help you get your best deal.

The NUMBER ONE complaint of all customers in regards to the Sales experience is;

 "The Salesperson wasted my time!"

The reason you the customer feels that the Salesperson wasted your time was that the Salesperson didn't listen to your wants and needs.

The Salesperson didn't know the product.

The Salesperson didn't give a good demonstration.

The Salesperson was not trustworthy.

As a Professional Sales Consultant, our goal is to make you, the customer feel comfortable and confident about your decision to do business with us here at Papa's!

The ONLY way we can make you feel this way is by becoming the very best at what we do! Properly coaching you through a big decision.

You are armed with a lot of knowledge, yet you are still scared!

Let us make the difference and take your fears away.

That what the professionals at Papa's do.

It why families have bought cars and trucks from us through multiple generations.

100,000 car buys can't all be wrong.

Let's Create 200,000 jobs

I received this in an email today and found it interesting:
Well over 50 yrs ago I knew a lady who would not buy Christmas gifts if
they were made in China. Her daughter will recognize her in the following.

Did y'all see that Diane Sawyer had a special report?
They removed ALL items from a typical, middle class family's home that were
not made in the USA.

There was hardly anything left besides the kitchen sink. Literally! During
the special they are going to show truckloads of items - USA made - being
brought in to replace everything and…
